          Women's Equality day backpacking Fundraiser 8/26/2022

          On August 26, 2022, five of our women employees from JADOL Group and Alcoa Agency embarked on a 16-mile overnight backpacking journey in honor of Women’s Equality Day. Our goal was to bring awareness to women’s struggles and women’s equality by raising money for Casa Teresa, a local women's shelter that aids single pregnant women and women with children. Alcoa Agency and JADOL Group believe in empowering women and supporting equality for all. Our participants completed their trip and backpacked a total of 16 miles with an elevation gain of 2,023ft! We thank our community for their support and generous donations to Casa Teresa. Together we raised $1,349 for Casa Teresa!
